They probably deserved what they got. The police detectives on her tail are a fascinating duo in their own. very good story and keeps you reading until the end. Well written for the most part but written as a manuscript.
A fun and good light read. It would be good to read any further books by this author especially following on the trend of his Queen Bitch character
This is the first book I have read of Harwood's. It will not be the last. Queen is a psychological thriller that you can see the ending early on but ,it is the getting there that makes it so good.
This is an awesome book. It a world where speedy lawyers talk and perverts walk, it is good to read a book where justice is served. (Even though the book is fiction and the justice vigilante style!) A very good read and I am hoping for a sequel and to hear more from Mr. Harwood. Excellent!
This was such an interesting novel that had quick wit, quirky characters and a very good storyline. Everything was timed perfectly and the ending was stellar. The only thing I did not like was that we (the reader)can see the editing process and the alternate ending that the author did not want the reader to see. Great book even with the editing notes.
Hard boiled story of a missed off redhead, just released from parole after getting out of prison. She us bent on revenge, but will she get it before a couple of tough NYPD Homicide cops find her? And what has made this woman so vengeful? Well she has a very tragic past that drives her.
Good story, told in a gritty style that fits the characters of the tale.
I thought this was a pretty good book. I liked the story, the "idea", and the main character. The plot was easy to understand and flowed along nicely. It was an enjoyable story EXCEPT about four pages before the ending three whole paragraphs are missing! All you see on the page is the first letter of every other sentence. That was quite disappointing. It's still a relatively good book, but some of the most important details, that tie the story together are missing in those messed up paragraphs and it leaves you feeling a bit cheated
